Tom Dieck - Owner/ Lead Designer
Tom has been building water features in the Westchester area for more than 30 years. As a successful landscape designer and installer, he has witnessed the popularity for residential water features first hand. Tom knows that in order to build great water features you need to have a well-trained team that understands the value of both reliable construction and artistic creativity.

Certified Aquascape Contractor
As a Master Certified Aquascape Contractor (CAC) we have undergone extensive training and testing in the design, construction, and maintenance of water features such as ponds, waterfalls, and fountains. The certification program is run by Aquascape Inc., a leading manufacturer of water feature products and designs. To become a CAC, a contractor must attend an intensive training program where we learn about the proper design and construction of water features, as well as the maintenance required to keep them healthy and functioning properly. After completing the training, the contractor must pass a series of tests to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in the field. By hiring a CAC, like us at Aquascapes East, you can be confident that you are working with a knowledgeable and experienced professional who is committed to providing high-quality workmanship and customer service.
